Accountability Buddy

As we enter a second lockdown, many of us are already concerned about what state our fitness or dietary habits will re-emerge in once lockdown ends.


It's easy to say you will train three times a week or that you will focus on eating clean during these four weeks but it's a completely different matter following those aspirations through. How long do most New year's resolutions last?...Under four weeks I would guess.


So why will this be any different?


To avoid regretting those missed training sessions or the 12th day in a row you just couldn't be bothered to cook and ended up eating pizza, I am offering a 4 WEEK ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERSHIP.
